Meet the 2025-26 Team

Lisa is Kentucky DECA's State Advisor. She attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, later transferring to Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville where she received her BS in Business Education. She received her MA Ed in Business Education from Eastern Kentucky University. She has been involved in education in a variety of venues including as a Business and Marketing Teacher at George Rogers Clark High School, Winchester, KY; Vocational Computer Teacher at Saguaro Correctional Complex, Eloy, AZ; Director of Education at Anthem College, Las Vegas, NV; Adjunct Instructor at ITT Tech and Eastern Kentucky University. She enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family (especially her grandchildren).

Reagan is honored to serve as the Association President for the 2025-2026 school year. She is a senior at Madison Central high school and has been an active DECA member throughout her high school career. Beyond DECA she is actively involved in several leadership roles including, SPARC student council, Superintendent Teen Task Force, Freshman girls bible group leader, and serves as the Mike’s Kid’s Education marketing assistant, a non-profit supporting youth and education. She is also the co-host of Peace in The Pause, a faith based podcast. In her spare time she finds joy in spending time with her friends and family, church, croissants, exploring new places, pilates, reading a good book, or hanging out with her dogs, Goldie & Corbin. This year, she’s excited to help take Kentucky DECA to a new level of connection — where every member feels empowered to step into the spotlight, embrace their strengths, and shine with confidence.

Emelia Singleton is proud to serve as your KY DECA Vice President of Public Relations for the 2025-2026 school year. Emelia is a Junior at Pulaski County High School, and this is her third year in DECA. She also currently holds the position of Region 5 VP of Membership and serves as the Pulaski County High School VP of Public Relations. Her previous positions include Region 5 VP of Civic Consciousness and local VP of Community Service. Outside of DECA, Emelia has founded the Best Buddies chapter at her school and is on her second term as chapter President. She has a passion for the inclusion of all to help bridge the social gap between students with intellectual and developmental disabilities and neurotypical students. Emelia is also very active in Executive Council, HOSA, BETA club, Pep Club, Environmental Club, and is the founder of Young Progressives of Pulaski County. She enjoys spending time with friends & family, volunteering, hiking, yoga, pilates, and painting. Emelia has always been passionate about giving back to her community and DECA has helped her gain the leadership skills needed to make every venture a success. She is looking forward to continuing to GO THE EXTRA with KY DECA and can’t wait to see the growth this year will bring!

Emilie Williams, a senior at Graves County High School, is serving as the 2025 Kentucky DECA Vice President of Membership. With four years of DECA experience, Emilie has held several leadership positions, including 2024–2025 Region 1 Vice President of Finance and Kentucky DECA State Vice President of Finance. She is actively involved in her school community, serving as BETA Club President and FCA Vice President of Finance, while also participating in Educators Rising, Sources of Strength, Pep Club, and the school’s news program. Emilie has competed in Innovation Plan, Independent Business Plan, and Franchise Business Plan events at DECA conferences. One of her favorite DECA memories is attending DECA Nationals during her sophomore year and visiting Universal Studios in California. This year, Emilie is focused on growing Kentucky DECA by increasing membership and encouraging more students to participate in competitive events across the state.

Gracelyn Epperson currently serves as the Vice President of Communications for Kentucky DECA. Now in her fourth year of DECA, she brings a strong history of involvement and leadership within the organization. Previously, she has held roles including Chapter President (2025–2026), Chapter Vice President of Community Service (2024–2025), and Chapter Vice President of Communications (2023–2024) at Southwestern High School. In addition to her DECA responsibilities, Gracelyn is an active member of several other school organizations. She is the President of FBLA, a Student Leader for First Priority, and a member of both the National Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society.
Outside of school, Gracelyn expresses her creativity and discipline through dance, training in ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary styles. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, baking, and relaxing by watching TV with her cats.

Wren Wilson is a fourth-year DECA member and currently serves as the Vice President of Competitive Events for Kentucky DECA. She attends Larry A. Ryle High School, where she is also President of her local DECA chapter. In addition to her involvement in DECA, Wren is active in Student Council and the National Honor Society. Her previous leadership roles include serving as Vice President of Events and Vice President of Competitive Events at the chapter level. Wren has competed in several DECA events, including Apparel and Accessories Marketing and the Independent Business Plan.
One of her favorite DECA memories is enjoying dinner on the beach during ICDC 2023 in Anaheim. This year, Wren’s goal for Kentucky DECA is to help the organization reach its membership goal of 3,000 members.

​​Piper Mangan is a dedicated third-year DECA member serving as the 2025–2026 Vice President of Finance for Kentucky DECA. A student at Grayson County High School, Piper is involved in a variety of school activities, including the GCHS Chamber Orchestra, the National English Honor Society, and varsity tennis. Her DECA leadership experience includes serving as her chapter’s Director of Public Relations and as Region 2 Vice President of Communications. She has competed in Business Operations Research and Hospitality and Tourism Professional Selling.
One of Piper’s most memorable DECA experiences was attending ICDC 2025 with the state officer team. This year, she is focused on increasing member engagement and strengthening the connection between chapters to build a strong, unified DECA community across Kentucky.
