Meet the Team
KARSON CHANDLER | President
Karson Chandler is honored to be serving as your 2025-2026 Region 3 President! A senior at Breckinridge County High School, this is his fourth year in DECA. He has previously served Region 3 VP of Public Relations and VP of Membership. He is also the President for his own chapter. Outside of DECA, Karson is an FCA leader, Student Council Vice President, Y Club Reporter, and is a member of Pep Club. He is also the worship leader at his church and is a professional Bluegrass musician. His favorite DECA memory is going on a Culver's run with the Executive Council at summer camp which is the moment he knew the Executive Council would be a family. Karson's goal for this year is to increase membership and help Kentucky DECA grow while he grows as a person.
ASPEN DELANEY | VP Public Relations
Aspen Delaney is proud to be serving as your 2025-2026 Region 3 VP of Public Relations! Alongside of her regional position, she serves as the Chapter President for John Hardin High School. Outside of DECA, Aspen is involved in Best Buddies, Key Club, and several service initiatives. Her favorite memory is winning first place at SCDC 2025. Aspen's goal is for Region 3 to feel connected and inspired, and to boost excitement and involvement for DECA through creative communication, leadership and fun!
