January 10 is the deadline for any additional test only events, project upload deadlines, and any substitutions or changes chapters may have in their submitted registration. After that date, all substitutions must go through Jeremy or Jayne.

Xavier Owens
Hi everyone! My name is Xavier Owens, I am your Region 4 Vice President. I’m a Senior at Ryle High School in Union, KY where I play baseball, I’m a Ryle DECA officer and I’m involved in GMD (Gross Motor Development). I have had my own landscaping business for 2 years. I have always been invested in the subject of business. I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping. I also enjoy working out in my free time as well as hanging out with friends. I’m very excited for what this year of DECA has in store!

Eliza Aaron
I am Eliza Aaron from Ryle High School and I am your Region 4 VP of Public Relations. I am a senior and have been in DECA for the past 4 years. It has been a wild ride that is more than memorable. The friendships and real-life skills I have learned will stick with me for years to come. The community of DECA is indescribable. Every year I have done DECA, I have gotten more involved. Last year, I was my chapter event coordinator, and now I am our chapter president. Loving this club is the reason I have kept getting more involved. I cannot wait for this year in store! I'm ready to see you at regions and watch you succeed #gettheglass.

Ava Webb
Hi! My name is Ava Webb and I am so excited to serve as your Region 4 Vice President of Communications this year! I am currently a senior at Ryle High School and I have been involved in several organizations including Cross Country, Track, National Honor Society, Leadership Dynamics, Student Council, and of course, DECA! I have been a part of DECA for 3 years now and I have never looked back! I served as Ryle DECA's Secretary last year and am our Vice President of Public Relations this year! I know that I have DECA to thank in full for helping my presentation skills and overall confidence in business knowledge expand exponentially. DECA has also helped me discover a love for people and a passion for working together, which is why I am so excited to serve on your officer team this year! I am forever thankful for the many connections DECA has blessed me with as well - life-long friendships in my home chapter, across the state, and even around the globe! I am so proud to be a part of such a welcoming and wonderful organization and I can't wait to see what this year has to offer! Lets #experiencethedifference together and get that glass!!
